REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Because our canvases are made to order we can only offer refunds in the case of the wrong canvas being sent or the canvas being damaged in the mail. If your canvas is damaged please take a photo of the box and the damages to the canvas.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. and photo proof will be needed.

REFUND PROCESS

To get a refund or replacement item please email us at hello@maskedcanvas.com and let us know about your issue. Once we confirm your damage or wrong item you will have the choice of getting a refund or receiving a new canvas.

MaskedCanvas does not accept returns, so if we sent you a wrong item we will fix it and get you what you ordered and you can keep the wrong item as well.
